Emergency Coaching Session  

These sessions are one-off coaching sessions face-to-face or on the telephone that offer you help, support and guidance that are needed to make important decisions immediately or within a short time frame where there you need to meet a deadline.

90 minutes session: $225

Coaching is a full one and a half hour long session to ensure that you find a solution during the session. The aim is to help you:

• Address the core challenge 
• Identify obstacles   
• Be introduced to different perspectives
• Recognise opportunities & possibilities
• Set goals and objectives
• Determine a course of action
• Create a plan of action for you to start as soon as the coaching session ends

Coaching is truly the most personal investment you can ever make to yourself to change where you are right now and get to where you want to be. Throughout the coaching process, you'll receive additional tips, tools and strategies and regular feedback and assessment based on your situation.

Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due before coaching begins. You can pay by either credit card or electronic check through PayPal or a transfer payment into my bank account. Details will be provided on sign up. Payments must be made in full before coaching begins.
